On-site support is pretty much impossible, except perhaps if you happen to live in Melbourne, Australia or Pretoria, South Africa :) Geographically speaking, the Silvernode Head Office would be located somewhere in the Indian Ocean, more or less on the Mid Indian Ridge. The location is just south of the 30°S parallel, and about 10° west of the 90°E meridian, approximately 4600km between Pretoria and Melbourne (on a straight line); based on the Modified Cylindrical Projection. The closest named piece of land are the Kerguelen Islands, which belong to France. There do seem to be some other islands closer by, but we really don't know what's on them... If you live there, tell us, and we'll send you a badge ;)
